Frequently asked questions

Do I really not need a chimney?
No. The bioethanol burner gives a real flame with no smoke, soot or ash, so it needs no flue. Just the opening, a socket and a room with the model's minimum volume, which we check in the design.
Is the design really free?
Yes. You pay nothing for the design or the quote, and you are not obliged to buy.
Is it safe?
Automatic burners have temperature, spill and fuel level sensors, and are filled with a pump that stops by itself. You never handle bioethanol near the flame.
Do you install in the Balearics?
Yes, on the islands and on the mainland. And we deliver bioethanol to your door, in the Balearics too.
