The FLA4 990 (Fire Line Automatic 4) is Planika's most complete linear burner. It runs on BEV technology, is filled with an automatic pump and is controlled by touch panel, remote or app. It needs no chimney or fixed connections, just power.
Made in 590, 790, 990, 1190, 1490, 1990 and 2490 mm, and in other lengths to order. The standard finish is black and it can be ordered in any RAL colour. It is also available as FLA4+, with a much larger tank.

Will it fit in your home?
Opening / dimensions: 990 x 273 x 280 mm burner (W x H x D). It goes inside an enclosure; the manufacturer's DWG drawing gives the dimensions.
Room: minimum 69 m³, about 28 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling.
Ventilation: natural air change of 1 room volume per hour. No chimney or flue.
Power: 230 V. For Smart Home, the SHS module is connected by an installer. No gas or water.

Installation requirements
For indoor use only and always inside an enclosure. The manufacturer's manual requires the enclosure to be made of non-combustible materials, insulated from any flammable element, with high-temperature-resistant fixings and adhesives.
The room needs at least 69 m³ and an air change of 1 room volume per hour. Freestanding, room divider, tunnel or island installation requires the version with frame and glass panels.
Control and Smart Home
The LCD touch panel is hidden behind a cover. It lets you adjust the flame, check the fuel level, schedule switch-off and activate the child lock or full panel lock. The remote control and the Planika BEV app (Google Play and App Store) are included: from your phone you control the flame and see alerts, fuel level and timer.
The SHS module is optional. It connects the burner to a home automation system to switch it on and off, raise or lower the flame and read its status. It is installed by a professional.
Safety
BEV technology: the flame burns vapour and never touches the liquid. Temperature, fuel level, spill and seismic sensors; the seismic sensor switches the appliance off if it detects vibrations or an impact. When it switches off, unused fuel returns to the tank.
The automatic pump fills the tank and stops by itself, with no risk of spills. Use only 95-96.6 % bioethanol.
Consumption and running cost
The data sheet states 8 hours with a 5.5 L tank, measured in the lab with the flame on minimum. That is about 0.7 L per hour. With a high flame, consumption goes up. If you want a longer burn time, the FLA4+ 990 holds 17.2 L and gives up to 26 hours.

Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, on an agreed date. Returns within 14 days of delivery if it has not been installed. Legal warranty of 3 years. 2-year manufacturer's warranty, extendable to 5 years if you register the appliance within 30 days of purchase (pump and heating element: 2 years). See terms.
