2. What data we process and why

Orders	Name, address, phone, email and billing details to manage the purchase, delivery, installation and warranty. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Enquiries and quotes	Data from the form, WhatsApp or assistant, to reply to you and prepare your quote. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual measures).
AI assistant	The text of the conversation, to reply to you and, if you ask, to pass it on to a person on the team. The assistant always states that it is an AI. Legal basis: your request.
Newsletter	Your email, only if you tick the relevant box. You can unsubscribe from every mailing. Legal basis: consent.
Legal obligations	Invoices and accounting data for the periods required by law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

3. How long we keep them

Order data, for the duration of the business relationship and the warranty and tax obligation periods. Enquiries without a purchase, up to 12 months. Newsletter data, until you withdraw your consent.

4. Who we share them with

Only with providers needed to deliver the service: the shop and payments platform, carriers, installers, financing providers if you choose to pay in instalments, customer service tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business) and analytics. All of them process data on our behalf and with appropriate safeguards. If a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, using the contact form or by post to the address given. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
