2. Scope

These terms govern purchases in this online shop by consumers and businesses with delivery in Spain. By confirming the order you accept them. We send you the order confirmation by email.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros with VAT included. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are invoiced without VAT; import taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance are paid by the buyer. For bespoke projects, the "from" price is indicative and the final price is set in the quote accepted after the technical visit.

4. Payment and financing

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer. Instalment financing is provided by an external finance company, subject to its approval; before confirming you will see the interest rate (TIN), APR (TAE) and total cost.

5. Delivery

We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Fireplaces are delivered on a pallet, on a date agreed with you; accessories and bioethanol in 2-4 working days. Check the packaging on receipt and note any damage on the carrier's delivery note.

6. Installation

If you book installation, our technical team or an installer from our network mounts and commissions the appliance on the agreed date. The opening and building work must meet the dimensions and instructions in the data sheet. Gas appliances are always installed by a qualified installer.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, provided the product has not been installed or used and is returned in its original packaging. Let us know via the contact form. We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the product. Return costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or the error is ours.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure products (for example, special lengths or RAL finishes) or to bioethanol once the seal has been broken, for safety reasons.

8. Warranty

All products have the 3-year legal warranty for consumers. Some manufacturers offer additional commercial warranties, shown on the product page. To use the warranty, contact us with your order number.

9. Project reservation

For bespoke projects you can pay a €500 reservation that secures the technical visit and the installation date. It is deducted from the final invoice and refunded in full if the project does not go ahead after the visit.

10. Complaints

You can send us your complaint via the contact form; official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to you. You can also go to the consumer arbitration boards (juntas arbitrales de consumo).

11. Applicable law

Spanish law applies, in particular Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).
