Forma is a complete Planika firebox: the casing arrives with the automatic burner already integrated, ready for the wall opening. The 1500 version has the FLA4 1190 burner with BEV technology. It needs no chimney or fixed connections, just power.
There are seven shapes: front, left corner, right corner, three-sided, tunnel, room divider and island. The opening can be clad in stone, plaster or wood; with flammable materials you must fit the deflector specified in the manual.

Installation requirements
Forma is installed in a built opening. According to the manufacturer, it is zero clearance: the opening and its surroundings can be wood, stone or plaster, and finishes can be flammable if the deflector is installed as the installation manual specifies.
The room needs at least 94 m³ and an air change of 1 room volume per hour. The opening dimensions change with the shape: check the data sheet and DWG drawing for the chosen version.
Shapes and glass sides
Front: the fire is visible from 1 side. Left or right corner: 2 sides. Three-sided: front and both sides. Tunnel: visible from the front and back. Room divider: front, back and one side. Island: all 4 sides. The tunnel, room divider and island versions have additional glass panels.
Control and Smart Home
With the FLA4 burner it includes a touch panel, remote control and wifi for the Planika BEV app. The SHS module is optional and connects the fireplace to a home automation system to switch it on and off, adjust the flame and read its status.
Safety
BEV technology: the flame burns vapour and never touches the liquid. The automatic pump fills the tank and stops by itself, with no risk of spills. Use only 95-96.6 % bioethanol.
Consumption and running cost
The data sheet states 9 hours with a 6.8 L tank, measured in the lab with the flame on minimum. That is about 0.8 L per hour. With a high flame, consumption goes up.

Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, on an agreed date. Returns within 14 days of delivery if it has not been installed. Legal warranty of 3 years. With the FLA4 burner: 2-year manufacturer's warranty, extendable to 5 years if you register the appliance within 30 days of purchase (pump and heating element: 2 years). See terms.
