Do I need a flue?
No. Bioethanol, electric and water vapour fireplaces don't need a flue. For bioethanol, each model needs a minimum room volume and fresh air (the manufacturer specifies 1 room volume per hour).
What does it cost to run?
According to the manufacturer, a 1-metre burner uses roughly 1 litre of bioethanol per hour: about €4.5 per hour of fire. An electric fireplace uses what its heater draws (1,5 or 3 kW).
Is it safe with children at home?
Automatic BEV models have temperature, fuel level and spill sensors, a child lock and automatic pump refilling: you never handle bioethanol near the flame.
Do you install in the Balearics and the Canary Islands?
Mainland Spain and the Balearics, yes, on a fixed date and with bioethanol delivered to your door on the islands too. Canary Islands: ask us (invoiced as an export without Spanish VAT, IGIC paid at destination).
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, from 12 to 36 months with a finance provider (seQura or Aplazame). You see the instalment on the product page before checkout.
