Shipping and delivery
| Mainland Spain | Free on fireplaces. Delivery date agreed with you, on a pallet. |
| Balearics | Free on fireplaces. Fanola bioethanol delivered to your door on the islands. |
| Canary Islands | Ask us. Invoiced as an export without Spanish VAT; IGIC and customs clearance at destination. |
| Accessories and bioethanol | 2-4 working days. |
Returns (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel the purchase if the unit has not been installed. Made-to-measure products (length or RAL colour) cannot be returned: we tell you before you pay.
Warranty
3-year legal warranty on all products. The FLA4 range also has a 5-year manufacturer's warranty if you register the product within 30 days of purchase (pump and heater: 2 years).
Finance
From 12 to 36 months with seQura or Aplazame. You see the instalment on the product page and in the basket before you pay. Example: Neo Fireplace 1000 (€4,799) from €134/month over 36 months; final terms depend on the finance provider.
Installation
Our own technicians in Mallorca and a network of installers on the mainland. Installation and commissioning from €390 for built-in models; gas models are always installed by a certified gas installer (RD 919/2006).
