Aura is a freestanding water vapour fireplace with the Cool Flame 500 insert. An ultrasonic atomiser creates a fine water mist, lit by LEDs. The result looks like a flame with smoke.
No heat: it is a flame effect only. That makes it a good fit for homes with children or pets, warm climates and any time of year. You fill the removable tank with water, plug it in and operate it with the remote control or the mobile app. It has 6 flame levels, an optional crackling-wood sound and a timer.
- Flame effect with water vapour technology, no real fire

- Removable 1.2 L tank: up to 12 h of operation
- 6 flame intensity levels and adjustable light colour

Installation requirements
Indoor use only, on a flat, stable surface. Needs an accessible 230 V earthed socket. No chimney, duct or water connection needed.
Empty the water before moving the appliance. Do not lay it down with water inside.
Safety
There is no real fire: the flame effect is created with cold water vapour lit by LEDs. Even so, it is a mains-powered electrical appliance with water inside.
Needs an earthed socket. Do not cover it or put objects on top. The manufacturer does not recommend using extension leads or plug-in timers.
According to the manual, children from 8 years old can use it with supervision or instruction. Do not drink the water from the tank.
Maintenance
Use filtered tap water or distilled water. With hard water, the manufacturer recommends a water softener. Clean the tank, tray and air filters every week. If you won't use it for more than a week, empty the water and dry the tray.
