Faro is an outdoor gas heater with a real flame behind four tempered glass panels. The top hood directs the heat downwards. The LPG bottle, up to 11 kg, is hidden inside the body, behind a door.
It moves on four castors, two of them with brakes. It is lit from the panel with a button and a knob, which also adjusts the flame height. If the heater tips over or takes a hard knock, it cuts the gas automatically.

Installation requirements
Faro runs on an LPG bottle (propane or propane-butane) of up to 11 kg, not included. It needs no fixed gas or electrical installation. It comes with a 37 mbar regulator and a 0.7 m hose already fitted, with the right regulator for the country.
Assembly consists of fitting the wheels, placing the glass panels and the hood and connecting the gas bottle. Planika's manual states that assembly and maintenance should be carried out by a qualified professional, a company or the gas supplier, and that it should be inspected once a year.
Safety
Use it only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. The glass can reach 100 °C: keep children and animals away. Do not move it while lit and close the cylinder before moving it. Do not leave it lit unattended or in the rain. Keep a CO2 or powder extinguisher nearby.
Lock the wheels before changing the gas bottle. Replace the regulator every 5 years and the hose every 2 years.
Consumption and running cost
Maximum consumption according to Planika: 0,4 - 0.5 kg/h of LPG. With an 11 kg bottle, up to 55 h of use. Actual consumption depends on the flame height.
Maintenance
When not in use, protect it from the weather and close the gas bottle. If you won't use it for a long time, for example in winter, store it under cover. Salty sea air speeds up corrosion.
