Galio Star Corten is a freestanding gas fireplace for terraces and gardens. Its star-shaped burner creates a multi-dimensional flame. Corten steel stands up to the weather and its rust layer acts as natural protection.
There are two versions: natural gas or LPG. The flame is lit and adjusted from the touch panel or with the included remote control. With the optional WiFi module it can also be controlled from the Planika Gas Control app and integrated into Smart Home systems.

Dimensions: Ø 95 cm and 33 cm high. Leave at least 1 m clear on the control panel side.
Outdoor only, on a flat, paved surface. Nothing flammable within 1 m around it or 2 m above.

Installation requirements
Planika's manual requires installation by a qualified gas and electrical installer, with the certifications required by local regulations. Otherwise, the warranty may be void. The installation is inspected once a year.
Natural gas: the pipe has a ball valve, 1/2" recommended, in an accessible place and CE marked. The appliance connection is a 3/8" external thread. Do not seal it with Teflon or PTFE tape.
LPG: includes a 4 m hose and 37 mbar regulator already fitted. The bottle must be at least 1.5 m from the appliance and no more than 3 m from the panel. If you use a casing for the bottle, it must be ventilated at the top and bottom.
Safety
For outdoor use only. Surfaces can reach 100 °C: keep children and animals away. Do not leave it lit unattended and switch it off in strong wind. Keep a CO2 or powder extinguisher nearby.
If you smell gas, close the cylinder valve or the stopcock and do not use it until the leak is repaired.
Consumption and running cost
Maximum consumption according to Planika: 1.47 m³/h with natural gas and 1.35 kg/h with LPG. Actual consumption depends on the flame height.
Maintenance
The rust on Corten steel is natural and protects the material. Salty sea air speeds up corrosion. When not in use, protect it from the weather and turn off the gas. In winter, Planika recommends storing it under cover.
Replace the regulator every 5 years and the hose every 2 years.

Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, on an agreed date. Returns within 14 days of delivery if it has not been installed. Legal warranty of 3 years. 2-year manufacturer's warranty (does not cover decorative elements or glass). See terms.
